American Design was the Design Architect for two, 53,000 square foot flex industrial buildings constructed at Milwaukee’s Century City Business Park development. The business park is an eco-industrial technology zone located at Capitol and 31st Street. Century City I is a catalytic project that is transforming its community. Developed by General Capital Group, they were the first new buildings as part of the $35 million redevelopment of a large portion of the former A.O. Smith/Tower Automotive Inc. complex. Century City I anchors the most visible and prominent corner of Century City Business Park.
