The Milwaukee Streetcar is a dedicated transit system designed to link together attractions, hotels, surrounding neighborhood areas, and shopping and business districts. American Design’s participation included oversight of zoning approvals, assistance with construction document production and construction administration for the streetcar’s 17,000 sf operations and maintenance facility (OMF).  This new facility includes office space, dispatch operations center, equipment maintenance bays, wash station and storage.

In 2019 The Hop won a Top Project Award by The Daily Reporter.
