American Design Inc. (ADI) was involved in the St Paul Ave Bridge Rehab project.  While the engineering team addressed the bridge, ADI attended to renovating the Bridgehouse, developing the pedestrian bridge railings, planters and other detailed enhancements.  This first phase of design services included an in-depth inspection of all bridge components, a detailed condition report, and bridge rehabilitation recommendations with estimated of costs.  The second phase consisted of full design documentation for bidding.  ADI worked to provide a new but complimentary roof form and select an appropriate materials palette for the Bridgehouse that is situated in the Historic Third Ward neighborhood.
