9127 N 76th Street.  This site fills the gap between the former Northridge Mall and N 76th Street to the northeast.  The full block includes a vacant Duhnam’s and sparsely occupied strip mall to the south and the senior services organization, Alexian Brothers to the north.  Alexian Brothers is active and services many of the nearby senior housing complexes, specifically north of the site.  American Design proposed converting the existing big box store and strip retail into a community job training center with child care.  No changes were proposed for the exiting senior services center.
