American Design was retained to assist the owner in developing 28 new 3-bedroom
townhouse style rental units located in the 10th, 11th, 12th and Meinecke area of Milwaukee.  American Design assisted in securing financing for the development, selecting the contractors, establishing a significant minority participation component and overseeing the construction of the units.
