Milwaukee’s famous Daddy’s Soul Food & Grille is expanding their current location.  American Design, Inc. designed a white-box build-out in the familiar SoHi Building to accommodate the popular restaurant as well developed in-house renderings.  The build-out includes extensive renovations of the space, ADA bathrooms, additional serving area, and seating for 76.  This project also addresses change of occupancies and modification of rated building assemblies.
