American Design consulted on this 107,000 sf bioenergy research center project. Sited in a dense urban section of the Madison campus, this project required demolition of an existing building and work on a constrained site with numerous utilities. American Design was responsible for architectural services related to documentation of existing conditions, demolition drawings and specifications, vertical circulation design, construction documentation and contract administration.
