American Design consulted on this 140,000 sf science research facility on the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee campus. The facility houses multidisciplinary research labs and shared core facilities, such as collaborative, instructional and office/support spaces.  ADI’s responsibilities included shepherding the local zoning approval process, design and construction documentation for elevators, monumental stairs and fire egress stairs and serving as the local on-site design team representative during construction administration.
